Booking Details

We’re so excited to celebrate our special weekend with you in Italy this June!

As we finalise arrangements, we wanted to share the details for accommodation booking and food costs.

Accommodation & Food Details:

Accommodation:
€60 per person, per night. (Children under 6 are free)
This includes a traditional Tuscan breakfast.

Food Cost for Sunday:
€55 per person, covering:

• Sunday Lunch: A light lunch will be provided on Sunday (€15 per person).

• Sunday BBQ: After a pool day, we’ll be hosting a relaxed BBQ at the venue (€40 per person), instead of dining in town.

Friday & Saturday: All food will be provided on Friday evening at our Welcome Pizza Party and throughout Saturday for the wedding.

Next Steps:

1. Please confirm if you will be staying for 2 or 3 nights.
   

2. Total Amount:
   Based on your stay, the total cost per person will be:
   2 nights: £105 (€124 for accommodation, no food cost as leaving on Sunday)
   3 nights: £202 (€186 for accommodation + €55 for food)
   including city tax at €2 per person per night
   

3. Payment Details:
   Details have been shared via emai.
   

4. We kindly ask for payment by the 1st April to confirm your booking. Once the transfer is made, please send us a confirmation via email.
